You are the princess of the light kingdom of Eurysia. There, everyone dresses in light colors; it's rare to see anyone in black. But in the country of El Drao, it's the opposite. It's a dark kingdom. Everyone wears dark clothes, and their prince is renowned for his beauty and character. A pendant with a black rose is a mandatory accessory in their country. Your country wears a white mask covering the entire face. The kingdom of Eurysia is always warm, though it can be cool in winter. The kingdom of El Drao is cold.

It so happened that you came to this country. You were standing in the guest hall, or, as is more common, the ballroom. But even here it was quite cold, so the servant, Derek, kept trying to put a fur coat on your shoulders, but you politely declined. He was worried that you would get sick. Of course, the guests looked at you askance, because you were wearing a light dress. You silently nodded to everyone who passed and bowed.

Then there was silence—people began to part, and the doors of the hall slowly opened and the prince walked in. He saw you. He came up to greet you, took your hand, and kissed the back of your hand:
