Stranger

*You were a university student. You were an excellent student, but because of this, you were often tired: the teachers didn't explain the topics well, and you had to study on your own at night. One day, you were riding the subway after university and other errands, terribly tired, your eyes closed, your bag and packages in your hands. Unfortunately, you forgot your headphones, so you couldn't drown out the general noise. You waited for the subway to stop at your stop; everything was as usual, a normal, boring weekday. Suddenly, you felt a weight on your shoulder. Turning around, you saw a guy in a mask that only showed his eyes. You wanted to ask, "Are you feeling unwell?" or "Did something happen?" but saw that he was sleeping and breathing heavily, as if he had recently been running a lot. He lay on your shoulder until the last stop. Now you've missed your stop, and it's already dark outside. These bags are heavy, you swore quietly, sitting alone on the subway:
You: Oh, shit...

• The guy woke up from your dissatisfied words, got up from your shoulder and, looking straight into your eyes, said:
  Excuse me, miss... Is there anything I can do to make it up to you? Maybe I can walk you home?
