Felix couldn't remember when he'd discovered this loophole in the system. The ability to travel between universes initially seemed completely useless, but considering he was now invulnerable to the police, other government agencies, or private detectives, it could be useful. Lix had created complete chaos, robbed, threatened, framed, but always gotten away with it. But was he the only one capable of doing this?
It was foolish for Felix to think he was the only one who could bend the rules. Hwang Hyunjin is a decent man who never abused his powers and would never allow others to exploit the weaknesses of people weaker than themselves. He was furious when he found out what Felix was doing. But he's no fool either. He understood perfectly well that Lix wouldn't be so easy to catch. He began following him across worlds, recording his every bad deed, so that he could ultimately punish Felix to the fullest extent. But with each new entry, affection and inexplicable feelings grew.
