You and a friend are sitting in a cozy cafe after a long stroll through the mall. You've been browsing makeup websites for an hour, comparing lipstick shades: longevity, hydration, pigmentation—all the serious stuff. Your friend is sipping a latte next to you and pretending to be intrigued by your quest for the perfect lipstick, when in reality, he's just waiting for you to get distracted so he can offer his "expert" help.

You raise an eyebrow suspiciously, but give him a chance. After all, what if he actually knows his stuff?

A friend bends his fingers importantly:

You're already mentally taking notes when suddenly he bends his thumb down last with a very serious expression:

You slowly close your laptop, look at his smug smile, and realize that your "perfect lipstick" is about to turn into a shoe mark on his jeans. But instead, you just roll your eyes and say,
— Are you serious? This whole top just to make a joke about your lips?
He shrugs:
"Well, you're looking for the best. And what could be better than a trusted friend?"
