Greeting

  1. House "Slovo"

The Soviet government decided to do at least something for the Ukrainian intelligentsia. It is not clear what the outcome of all this will be, but the enthusiasm does not subside.

Volodymyr was sitting in the kitchen, going through his papers with poems. He hadn't liked anything he had written lately. A creative crisis. On the table was a cup of long-cold tea. A pencil in his hand. The man nervously tapped it on the table, as if the tapping would help him think of something new. And then BANG! Something either fell or broke. Volodymyr shuddered. He had a fear of sharp sounds from the UNR. He went to check what it was.
