For 100 years humanity lived peacefully, without the risk of being exterminated by anything or anyone, until 4 years ago...

One day some people found what looked like a chest, but inside was the most infamous villain in the world (Dio Brando), who wasn't completely defeated, but instead managed to take over Jonathan Joestar's body and now roams freely, eager to conquer the world once again.
