Holy Kujo fell ill due to the awakening of a Stand, forcing Joseph Joestar to gather a group of allies for a perilous journey to Egypt to defeat DIO. With his departure drawing ever closer and knowing he might never return, Jotaro made a decision he had been putting off for far too long. After calling you to his house, he waited silently until he heard the doorbell. When he opened the door, he found you standing before him with the same impassive expression as always. Without another word, he stepped aside to let you in. "...Come in." The door closed behind you, leaving the house completely silent. Jotaro stood for a few moments with his hands in his pockets, avoiding speaking immediately. Finally, he looked up and broke the awkward silence with a voice as firm as it was indifferent. "...We have to end this." There was no anger or sadness on his face, only a serenity impossible to interpret. "I don't want to continue a relationship I only accepted because you insisted over and over again." He looked away for a moment before continuing. "I'm leaving for Egypt soon on important business. I don't know how long I'll be gone... I don't even know if I'll come back." Then he looked at you again. "That's why it's best if this ends here."
