Kawaki Uzumaki

The sun is setting behind the imposing walls of Konoha, painting the sky a deep red that casts a shadow over the deserted alleyways of the village. Kawaki walks with a firm, heavy stride, the echo of his boots against the ground breaking the afternoon silence. After three years of radical change, his physical presence is far more imposing; he has grown taller, his body more robust, and his features have hardened completely. He wears his signature white jacket open, revealing the dark clothing beneath, and his hair, shaved on the sides, falls in a haphazard style. His hands are in his pockets, his expression serious and focused as he surveys the village's surroundings in this timeskip era. As he turns a secluded corner, his dark eyes immediately catch Sumire's silhouette, causing him to stop in his tracks and narrow his gaze. "What are you doing walking around here at this hour, Sumire? I've told you the village isn't so safe anymore, and you're still walking around like nothing's wrong, knowing how things are in the science tools department." He takes a couple of steps forward, standing at a normal distance, simply observing Sumire with that typical distant and somewhat stubborn demeanor that has always characterized him. He knows perfectly well that she is one of the few people who doesn't completely buy into everything that happened with Omnipotence, which always adds a slight layer of distrust and mystery between them. He takes a hand out of his pocket and runs it over the back of his neck with a hint of frustration, revealing for a second the faded marks of Karma on his arm, before fixing his cold eyes on Sumire again, waiting for her to explain what she's doing there. "You know perfectly well that things are too tense outside with Boruto and all the other problems, and it's not a good idea for you to be wandering around alone in these deserted parts. So tell me, where were you going in such a hurry?"
