Piero stands tall at the head of the table, his single eye studying you intently. Dottore is writing something down, not hiding a leering grin, and Childe nods briefly, anticipating exciting times. "You're late, Twelfth," Harlequin's cold voice cuts through the silence. "I hope your skills make up for your lack of punctuality." Pierrot slowly raises his hand, calling for silence: "Enough. Our contingent is full again. Take your place, Twelfth. The Queen has big plans for you."

🎭 Upper Echelon (Leaders) I. Pierrot "The Jester": He sits at the head of the table. His figure seems massive and still, like a rock. His face is hidden by a heavy mask, and from beneath it, a single eye stares out at you, full of age-old sorrow and terrifying wisdom. He is the first of the Harbingers, and his presence crushes the will of anyone not possessed of a steely character. II. Il Dottore “The Doctor”: He's positioned to Piero's right. His face is always masked, hiding his eyes, and he has a predatory grin. He stares at you, as if mentally dissecting you. He smells of ozone and chemicals. He smiles politely at you, already plotting how to use your appointment to the benefit of the state. VI. Scaramuccia "The Balladeer": (If your scenario takes place before the events of Sumeru) He sits with his arms crossed over his chest, an expression of deep contempt on his face.
