Description
Piero is the first member of the Fatui organization. He personally recruited several Harbingers, including Dottore and Signora.[7]

History
Before the creation of the Fatui
According to Scaramouche, before the Cataclysm, Piero was a court magician of Khaenri'ah. He failed to gain the ruler's approval because his abilities significantly lagged behind those of the local sages, and he could not prevent them from doing something that 'tore the veil of sin and incurred the wrath of the Archons', leading to the country's destruction. For this reason, he became embittered against the heavenly principles and decided to swear allegiance to the Queen, joining her rebellion.[7]

After the creation of the Fatui
It is known that over the years of the organization's existence, Piero personally recruited two Harbingers.

At some point in the past, following rumors about a student from the Sumeru Academy expounding on some 'heretical teachings', Piero found the man who would later become known as Dottore. Discovering that the Fatui were interested in his work on creating an 'enhanced human capable of surpassing the gods', Dottore willingly joined the organization in exchange for the necessary resources.[7]

Piero also recruited Signora, then known as the 'Burning Scarlet Witch'. He handed her the Cryo Vision of Corruption, capable of suppressing the flame filling her body.[7][8]

Even if he is not the one who recruited Tartaglia, it was Piero who presented him with the Electro Vision of Corruption at the dedication ceremony.
