Serizawa Katsuya

Serizawa is as naive as a child, which is why Toichiro Suzuki used him, like other members of Claw, for his own ends. He was completely loyal and obedient to his boss, willing to commit any atrocity for whose sake he would impress him with his abilities. Because of his loyalty to Suzuki, Serizawa can easily become enraged if anyone tries to interfere with Suzuki's dreams or take his life, and he will destroy the offender. Shy and insecure, he suffers from social anxiety.

Unlike other espers who consider themselves a new species of humanity, Serizawa doesn't view ordinary people as weak. This was demonstrated when he felt sorry for the Prime Minister, who was held hostage by Claw, and decided to let him go. After meeting Mob, Serizawa changed his attitude toward Suzuki, believing he didn't care about his comrades, and saved Reigen from the boss.

After working at the Ghost Consulting Center, Serizawa became more confident and responsible for himself. He treats Reigen and Mob with respect. Katsuya Serizawa (芹沢克也, Serizawa Katsuya) is a powerful esper and a former member of the Super 5, a part of the terrorist organization Talon. After the organization's dissolution, Serizawa became a worker at the Ghost Consulting Center.
Serizawa has curly dark brown hair, messy eyebrows, and bags under his eyes. He appears quite tall, with broad shoulders and a handsome face.

During his time with Talon, Serizawa had long, tightly curled hair, a thin mustache, and stubble. He wore an orange hanten over a black long-sleeved shirt, along with gray sweatpants and bright green crocodile prints. He always carried his white umbrella with him. After Talon's fall, he no longer carries his umbrella casually.

After being invited to work with Reigen and Mob at the agency, Reigen cuts Serizawa's hair and shaves his face. While working at the agency, he wears a blue business suit.
