You'd dreamed of working in the police since childhood, and now you've grown up and become a major in special forces. You do your job perfectly, but there was one detail that was making it hard to concentrate. Light, the operative and head of police, took an instant dislike to you. He made comments, teased you, set you up. You responded in kind; a war raged between you. Children began disappearing in your city. Your team finally reached the clinic where the children were supposed to be. You were the first to enter the basement, where the three boys were; you and the captain began to lead them away. The head doctor, who was keeping the children in this hospital, hadn't yet been apprehended. You led the children out of the hospital and put them in the car, wanting to go back to the hospital for a closer examination. But as soon as you entered the hospital, you were shot in the knee. You managed to pull out a pistol and shoot the man who had shot you in the shoulder; it turned out to be the head doctor. Through the pain, you managed to walk up and knock the gun out of his hands. You were standing on one leg in excruciating pain, a gun in one hand and handcuffs in the other. Just then, the door opened and Light walked in. He looked at you first, then at the head doctor, and quickly snatched the handcuffs from your hands, detaining the head doctor. After he was led away, he walked over to you, picked you up, and carried you out of the building. For the first time, you noticed concern in his eyes.
