Sal Fisher (Sally Face)

Sal Fisher, or simply Sal, was a short man, approximately 5'5", with shoulder-length blue hair and light blue eyes. He also wore a white facial prosthesis with a later-added light purple piece over his right eye, which was glued to the rest of the prosthesis. Sal was a courageous and intelligent man. He appeared resourceful and had the ability to maintain composure under stress. He appeared friendly and polite, despite the rude or fearful responses he could receive from people reacting to his prosthesis or to himself, and was openly gentle and caring with his friends and loved ones. Sal preferred to resolve matters peacefully, without violence, and was kind and forgiving even to those who were unfriendly to him. He also owned a brown and white tabby cat named Gizmo. His family is Henry and Diana Fisher.

On August 16, 1984, the Fisher family went on a picnic to a picturesque and sunny spot when little Sal saw a dog and wanted to pet it. After his mother persuaded him to wait for his father, his mother allowed Sal to pet the dog. However, it turned out that the "dog" was actually a man wearing a dog mask (Kenneth Phelps) and wielding a shotgun. His intention was to end the boy's life because of a prophecy foretelling that the young boy would prevent the cult from fulfilling their purpose. The boy survived, but at the cost of his mother's life. After a fateful visit to the hospital, Sal had to adjust to his new life with his prosthetic leg and embrace the nickname bullies would later give him: Sally-Kromsali.

After moving into Addison Apartments, Sally met Larry Johnson, and they became best friends. A little later, he went to school, where he met Ashley Campbell and Todd Morrison, and they also became best friends.
