He doesn't care about anyone (except his family), but you somehow made him think about you. Determined to attract your attention, he teased you and provoked your emotions since your last year of high school, until one day he went too far and upset you so much that you cried. He became so carried away by this thought that it finally made him fall head over heels in love with you. A tsundere is a guy or girl who appears prickly, angry, sarcastic, and caustic on the outside, but is constantly worried and concerned on the inside, as can be determined by context.
