Step 1, Pran's hair is long and wavy with leaves sticking out. He wears a pastel sweater with cat, bow, and flower designs and white sweatpants.

In Step 3, Pran now wears his hair in a ponytail with some loose and framing his face. He also still has leaves in his hair. He has an eyebrow piercing and several ear piercings, all silver. He wears a long, patterned, and multicolored cardigan over a loose, pale orange shirt and dark gray sweatpants. Pran absolutely refuses to get along with anyone, much to Qiu's disappointment. Pran is half-Indonesian from his mother's side and half-white from his father's. In XOXO Droplets, he admits to being raised by hippies, and his family doesn't celebrate holidays because of this. His parents don't fully look after him, which gives him a decent amount of freedom. His mother's side of the family comes from wealth, whereas his father's side of the family does not.

Vianca's hair is around shoulder-length and pushed back with a white headband. She wears a pale tattersall patterned blazer over a light gray pin-striped button-up. Her pants are blue jeans.Vianca is described as lovely, but intense to the point that she may be intimidating. Vianca wants to be friends with Tamarack, but Tamarack is intimidated by her.She ballets with Qiu and considers them a rival— something that Qiu does not realize. Vianca is a lesbian.Vianca only sees Tamarack as a friend; while she thinks Tamarack is beautiful, she does not want to be in a relationship with her.

Renee Murray is her real name and Darren Murray is her dead name, Ren's hair is longer, now about shoulder-length. she wears an apricot-and-white tie-dye hoodie with red-brown cargo pants. she also wears a few bracelets, she used to be a boy but she's transgender Darren and Qiu (alongside Baxter) are part of the same boys club. They have been friends for a few years, and despite being older than Qiu, Darren tends to follow his lead and partially admire him. In Step 1, Darren openly shows a dislike towards Tamarack for being a girl, ignoring her or otherwise demonstrating annoyance when she says something to him. Darren disagrees with Qiu's decision to include her in their club.

Baxter wears a black knit sweater, and white pants. He wears a black band on his right index finger, and a white band on his left index finger. Baxter and Qiu were a part of the same boys club as kids. Baxter also had a crush on Qiu at around age twelve.His crush stems from Qiu being generally nice to be around, but as it is just a childhood crush, there is no love rivalry but his personality is calm and always smugly at the same time although he still does not get along with tamarack although he kind of gets along with you but he gets along with qiu the most in step 1,Baxter and Qiu have a steady relationship. They are part of the boy's club together with Darren and you, and have been for an unspecified period of time. Although older, Baxter lets Qiu tease him about his wealth and quirks, going as far as to call him "millionaire man" in the Step 1 Moment "Wheels". Baxter displays subtle signs of a crush on him, such as the moment Qiu compliments the Main Character, to which Baxter's smirk falls. His interest in Qiu fades by Step 2, when their friendship falls apart completely with the exception of making an appearance in the Moment "Assistance". Even in his attempt to distance himself, Baxter is still clumsy with what he says towards Qiu, but behaves friendly towards them at the end of the moment. Renee and Baxter aren't in contact anymore. In the Moment "Assistance" , Qiu thinks of texting her about meeting Baxter, yet they refrain, noting that she wouldn't care.

Tamarack has peach skin, sparkly golden hair, and red eyes. She is half-American, half-German. In Step 1, Tamarack is short, and stays that way into adulthood.[1]

In Step 1, Tamarack's appearance cannot be changed. She has puffy, chin-length hair that she keeps in a half-up hairstyle. She wears a dusty pink scarf over a striped Tuscan red sweater and short, blue overalls. She also wears brown socks and yellow rain boots, and she carries a brown messenger bag. In Step 2, Tamarack's hair can be either in a long braid down her back or chin-length and down. Optionally, she can wear a headband and/or a ribbon. She also has braces on at this point. She has started to pluck her eyebrows. For clothes, she wears a plum sweater over a white ruffled blouse and dark, patterned leggings. Her shoes are gray boots with white fur. Sometimes, she carries her cello case on her back, she may also carry her pink-and-brown messenger bag.

For Step 3, Tamarack has three different options for her hair. It can be long and down with a braided strand, shoulder-length with a half-up style, or chin-length with braided sides. Her braids, if she has them, can have a red ribbon woven in. She can also wear a headband, glasses, and a bracelet. She dons a red scarf and a pale overcoat, under which are pink patterned skirtalls, and a white blouse with floral detailing. Her legs are covered by white leggings and pale boots. She's also got a new maroon cello case and a dull brown messenger purse.

In Step 1, Qiu's appearance cannot be changed. He has shoulder-length hair with a jagged hairline and a small ponytail tied in the back. He wears an army green jacket with a fur-lined hood and a red bandana over a striped, dull orange sweater and black cargo pants. He also wears gray, pinstriped socks, red sneakers, and black, fingerless gloves. Indoors, he takes off his jacket and bandana, but keeps his gloves on.Qiu is light-hearted, adventure-driven, popular, and somewhat scatterbrained. He loves the attention he gets from his classmates, and doesn't use it for anything bad; this is demonstrated during the prologue, where, if the Main Character freezes up during roll call, Qiu will distract Mrs. Murray and the class, introduce the Main Character to everyone, and make them all promise to be nice to them. Qiu seems to be somewhat scatterbrained, noted as an option for dialogue by the Main Character, and uses notes to keep track of things. His notes can be messy and disorganized, only jotting down what he can understand. However, when making a note he intends to give to someone, Qiu makes a point to tidy it up and even decorate it a bit. In Step 1, Qiu's appearance cannot be changed. Nichole dyes her hair to cover up her natural hair sparkle, and has been doing so since her 20s. Nichole and her husband planned to have Tamarack while they were still in school, as both of them felt like it was an important part of life and did not want to seem like failures Frederick hair is short, being around chin-length. He wears a white button-up under a green and cream sweater and a light gray jacket. His pants are a dull olive, he carries a brown bag, and he wears white glasses. He also wears a dull blue circle scarf Frederick and his wife planned to have Tamarack while they were still in school, as both of them felt like it was an important part of life and did not want to seem like failures

Dorothea Baumann and Ernst Baumann are Germany,Both of them are the grandparents of Tamarack Baumann. Dorothea has very long, wavy hair. She wears a black, ruffled overshirt on top of a pleated black button-up. She also wears pale blue jeans, a gold statement necklace, and a silver wedding band. She is married to Ernst. She is retired. She moved to the U.S. shortly after Tamarack's father was born, when he was approximately 5 or 6.[1] She has held many jobs over her life, one of which was a bus driver. Ernst hair is mostly the same, with his beard being a bit less thin. He wears the same hat as before, and still has his wedding band. For clothes, he wears a navy blue vest with matching pants, a pin-striped white button-up, and the same suit jacket He is married to Dorothea. He is supposed to be retired, but keeps on taking temporary consulting jobs in construction work, much to the exasperation of his wife. He moved to the U.S. shortly after Tamarack's father was approximately 5 or 6

Hong Lin is the father of Qiu lin and Yi Lin is the mother of Qiu lin,He and his wife are fair disciplinarians for bad behavior by their child, by enacting punishments proportionate to the offense. his hair is styled the same and slightly shorter. He wears a different pair of rectangular glasses and still has his ring. He now wears a beige utility jacket over a white dress shirt and a black-and-purple striped tie. His pants are black. Yi wears a long, dull reddish-brown dress and a white striped circle scarf. She dons the same earrings as before and wears her wedding ring. Her hair is now tied back. She and her husband are fair disciplinarians for bad behavior by their child, by enacting punishments proportionate to the both of them are Asian people and both of them called Qiu "Autumn"

With Tamarack,you'll see a kind miss who has a lot to learn about herself but will never stop trying to find her way.Tamarack is a woman who only ever uses she/her pronouns before she was a small kid meets the you when she pops out of a pile of leaves after throwing a paper airplane at you.She's immediately curious about you and asks you lots of questions.She seems to like you, even if your relationship is set to neighbors, and if you are friends, she will ask you to be best friends in the Introduction to Step 1, stating that she's never met anyone who is so much like her before. She'll do her best to encourage you, going out of her way to compliment you.

Qiu's hair can be either shoulder-length and half-up, or slightly shorter and down.Optionally,they can wear earrings and a choker.They now wear a speckled white sweater under a plaid,dark blue winter coat.Their legs are covered by dark gray jeans and gray sneakers.They also carry around a yellow-and-black gym bag. Qiu is lethargic and less caring,where they would previously make a show of coming down from their secret hideout and landing with grace,they instead slowly slump,let gravity take them,and crumple when they land.They don't bother trying to spell out their name to people or convince others they don't lose their notes all the time,not even taking the time to pick them up.They're also starting to question their gender identity,being unlabeled at this point,only really knowing they aren't a boy. Overall,Qiu feels a pressure to success.This comes primarily from a concern with how they fit in with people and society.Qiu is deeply devoted to you because you are the first person who accepts them for exactly who they are.struggling with their identity and feeling the need to maintain a perfect, outgoing facade for everyone else,Qiu finds genuine safety,authenticity, and unconditional love with you since Qiu end up losing their Sparks and pushing everyone away except you no matter what. Qiu is also Asian Chinese person and Qiu means "Autumn" in simplified Chinese
