Biaro World

A world full of violence and immorality, difficulties of survival and a lot of corruption with strict laws. A phenomenon known as "Psyche" exists here—the neutral energy of beings, generated by their nervous systems. In humans, this energy is generated by the spinal cord and brain, as well as in the heart and abdominal regions. This neutral energy, "Psyche," can change depending on a person's character—in sadists and psychopaths, this energy shifts, taking on negative energy—"Madness." People with positive personalities produce positive energy, "Clarity." Some scientists have studied this phenomenon, discovering that this energy can produce objects or even change the person under its influence, leading this process to be called "EGO."

In this world, there are huge corporations that have special devices or anomalies that are used for services. The world's administrator is the Overlord, or, as he's called, the "Vagabond." The "Vagabond" has his own domain; no one has seen him, and no one has heard him. He's literally a legend, constantly told in fairy tales, without even knowing that he truly exists. The Ruler has 3 clans that serve him.

  1. The "Dreamers" are technicians and the most brilliant beings who obey him. They perform work related to technology. They created the "Omega" device, which destroyed three entire city blocks. Dreamers are incapable of betraying the Vagabond.
  2. "Reapers" are the most powerful fighters. A single Reaper is enough to suppress three armed uprisings across the entire city. Truly strong, comparable to "gods". Betrayal by the Reapers is impossible.
  3. The Arbiters. A clan composed of fairly powerful, but more brilliant beings. The Arbiters pass sentence, never sell out, and always carry out all the orders of the "Vagabond." Betrayal by an Arbiter is impossible. None of the three clans interfere in the city's affairs as long as laws are not broken.

The city is divided into 6 sectors, each of which is comparable in size to planets. Beyond

"EGO" and "Psyche" part 1.

The psyche can be used, but this requires careful training. Also, "Psyche" can be changed into "Clarity" or "Madness" at the will of the owner, for this you need to learn to control the energy itself, and then learn to change it. Clarity is capable of healing the user, but is not capable of healing others. "Madness" is pure firepower that enhances any attack. When "Clarity" and "Madness" merge, the result is "Psyche" in its original form, thanks to which you can regulate your energy. "Clarity" and "Madness" can modify "EGO" skills. EGO is a manifestation of a being's essence through the "Psyche." There are six known types of EGO:

  1. Item - the user creates a specific weapon or object with its own techniques or properties. For example, a user might have a machete with the ability to inflict cuts that cannot be regenerated.
  2. Transformation - allows the user to transform into someone or something. Many can only transform into one being or object, with only rare exceptions being people who can transform into multiple beings. Even rarer are those born with talents that allow them to transform into any being or object (for example, a person will be able to transform into all the people they know well).
  3. Mutation - as the name suggests, this type of EGO is a mutation that cannot be undone. Mutation can involve a change in appearance or the entire organism. For example, a user was physically weak and blind before the mutation, but after the mutation, they acquired high-quality vision and gorilla-like features.
  4. Amplifier - capable of amplifying their own attacks, and some amplifiers can also amplify others.
  5. Restorer - as the name suggests, their ego type restores objects to their original state or heals others.
  6. Special - this ego type includes those not specifically identified with the other types, as they don't fit the descriptions of the others. The "EGO" has a development - the "True Essence".

"EGO" and "Psyche" part 2.

"True Essence" represents the pinnacle of the Biaro world, as it is then that their ego unleashes its full potential. How does one attain "True Essence"? The only known method is through strong emotions. Many ego users have unlocked "True Essence" through emotion and then attempted to attain it. "True Essence" is also unique to each individual, but fundamentally, each of the five known types shares similar skills:

  1. Item - Users gain increased energy, releasing it as an aura. Some weapons change the weapon itself, while others create a barrier that traps enemies within along with the user. 2. Transformation - Users gain enhanced versions of their transformation, most often transforming into mythical creatures. However, some users transform into more gigantic versions of their transformation, or gain other effects that enhance their transformation.
  2. Mutation - enhances the mutation, or adds even more mutations. There is a rare exception where the mutation reaches its full form, causing the user to simply cease to be human. More rarely, the user can assume their previous human form and then return to a mutated, fully formed form. 4. Amplifier - For many Amplifiers, their "true essence" imbues them with five times more energy, causing their bodies to self-destruct from the sheer amount of energy and power it imparts. In particularly rare cases, their energy automatically regenerates damage from the enhancement. 5. Restorer - Their "true essence" itself is extremely rare, but upon achieving it, users could create entire territories in which all damage was instantly restored.

Anomaly/monster classes

An anomaly is a phenomenon produced by the energy of the "Psyche." It can be either benevolent (created by positive energy) or extremely negative (created by negative energy). An anomaly is most often a building/equipment/phenomenon. But extremely rarely, creatures, due to excess energy, transform into anomalies. Creatures transformed into anomalies become both extremely strong and extremely weak. Most often, their appearance is distorted or completely changed, while their consciousness either disappears or remains. There are 3 classes of anomalies:

  1. Safe. They do not harm people, and most often they are beneficial or simply exist.
  2. Neutral. They can bring harm or benefit, but at a price. They are also unstable and can lead to death or worse.
  3. Chaos. The most dangerous anomalies, they VERY rarely bring benefit, but always cause damage. These anomalies very often result in death or worse.

Monsters are creatures spawned by the "Psyche" or humans transformed into it. Monsters vary widely, and are rarely similar to one another. Most often, monsters originate in the center of anomalies or are the cause of their occurrence. There are five classes:

  1. Friendly. These monsters are peaceful and do not harm creatures. Some of them can even be helpful.
  2. Unstable. These monsters can be both harmful and beneficial. Some can become aggressive under certain conditions or be helpful under certain conditions. These monsters are most often intelligent.
  3. Chaotic. Highly aggressive or simply driven by their nature, they cause harm. Although they are very aggressive, it is rare that any of them achieves enough strength to be assigned to a higher class.
  4. Madness. Exceptionally evil, it's impossible to negotiate with them. Each member of this class possesses powers capable of destroying entire neighborhoods. If one were to escape, there would be many casualties.
  5. Biaro. The most powerful beings. Pray it doesn't get out.

"Dreamers", "Reapers" and "Arbiters" .

None of them interfere in the city's affairs, even when it is in danger. They only come to creatures that violate the city's laws and issue sentences. It's extremely rare, but they will only fight monsters or anomalies if the "Vagabond" so desires. Most often, the Arbiters eliminate creatures that attempt to harm the "Vagabond" or create something prohibited by city law. However, the Arbiters are not shy in their methods. They will do everything possible to eliminate their target. "Reapers", "Arbiters" and "Dreamers" don't cooperate with corporations and others. Reapers NEVER help corporations unless ordered to do so by the "Vagabond." "Arbiters," "Dreamers," and "Reapers" are extremely rare in life, so much so that residents only know of some "Arbiters" from the reprisals against violators. No one from the clan would ever dare to leave "Vagabond". Any betrayal (although there is almost 0% of it) is punishable by death. No corporation, not even the Leaders, knows what the Reapers, Dreamers, or Arbiters are planning or doing. There are no recruits for the ranks of "Arbiters", "Reapers" and "Dreamers", everyone comes exclusively from the clans. The "Reapers" serve as the personal executioners of the "Vagabond" and never cooperate with any being other than the "Dreamers" and "Arbiters".

Corporations and Leaders.

Corporations specialize in certain services, for example, Corporation R is focused on clearing out creatures, and often cooperates with other companies, providing the services of their killer workers. Corporation R fighters are clones that consume a huge amount of energy and have both extensive combat experience and very good fighting skills. The most famous corporation is the W corporation. It was they who created the means of instantaneous travel from point A to point B. Every corporation can use anomalies, but no one reveals it. There are 3 leaders in total - Koku, Ahe, Mitsu. Leaders have power over 1 sector each, while the remaining 3 are under the absolute control of "Vagabond". Koku — A powerful organization with a strict hierarchy and strict laws. Everyone in their sector is required to obey them and carry out their "assignments," or face execution. Any violation is punished extremely severely. Ahe — An organization that prioritizes economics over power struggles. It is thanks to their existence that the world of Biaro has an economy. Mitsu — The most warlike of the three leaders. In their sector, power is the rule, not status. The strong have power over the weak.

There are countless corporations in the world, but rarely do any of them become as famous as an R corporation or a W corporation.

The strongest.

These include beings that have reached such a level that they need to be popularized and even given privileges. They are the strongest beings in the world, capable of competing even with the "Arbiters", but especially strong entities are capable of fighting on equal terms with the "reapers". They are given nicknames that are most often associated with them. The most famous of these is Michael Hyman—"Blue Sun". He is an "object" type ego user that creates a semblance of the sun, but blue in color, and has achieved "True Essence". His ability is to weaken his enemies by irradiating his ego, and to strengthen himself with the same irradiation. In "True Essence," he creates a territory where there is no escape from the even more magnified sun. In "True Essence," the blue sun is capable of not only strengthening and suppressing, but also creating objects from its rays, which take on a tangible form, reminiscent of "solar weapons."

Some of these strongest may be members of corporations or part of leaders, but they are especially often loners.

W Corporation

A corporation that uses a neutral-class anomaly for transport. The anomaly creates a loop during which all residents become indestructible. When the loop ends, all passengers return to their original state and have no memory of what happened, making the travel appear instantaneous. However, if passengers exit the transport, they emerge from the loop in their previous state, losing their immortality. For this reason, W Corp transports have no staff, only personnel at each station to check the number of passengers and their condition.

This secret is accessible only to company employees who sign non-disclosure agreements. When signing this agreement, the corporation owner's EGO item, specifically the "contract stack," is activated. Violation of these contracts is punishable by instant death. W Corporation is one of the most popular in the entire city.

Corporation R

A military corporation whose services are actively used by other corporations. Corporation R utilizes a neutral anomaly that reproduces the same creature in unlimited quantities. However, the anomaly requires energy, which is why Corporation R demands energy in exchange for its services. Corporation R has only three squads of fighters: heavy weapons specialists, light weapons specialists, and combat engineers.

Heavy Weapons Specialists use heavy weapons and are generally a good unit that can withstand a huge amount of damage.

Light weapons specialists are the most common. They don't cause much destruction, are accurate marksmen, are very agile, and are good at concealment. They are sought after by campaigns, even when it comes to suppressing a "Madness"-class monster.

Combat Engineers are perhaps the most precise class. They use sniper rifles and build turrets or traps that trap entities.
