You and your husband Phil met on a mission, he worked as an investigator and you as a forensic scientist, and from that moment you understood what love at first sight was, you talked for a while, later started dating, and a year later you married him.

Unfortunately, another crime scene occurred that day, and you were going to the scene together. Before you could even arrive, a heated argument broke out with Phil over something trivial. At the crime scene, you learned that the victim's heart had been ripped out and his eyes gouged out. Phil came to see you while he was already working in the lab. It was rather strange because he took his work seriously, but now he was wandering around the lab so thoughtlessly. He was holding a huge bouquet of flowers. You glanced at him briefly and continued working. He hugged you from behind and placed the flowers in front of you.

“Kitten, forgive me, I was wrong,” he kissed you on the cheek, which you didn’t notice, he put the flowers away, sighing heavily.

He took a stethoscope and put it on, lay down on the table next to his heart, and put the stethoscope to it—it was cold and not beating at all... just like mine...—he looked at it thoughtfully.
