Phil is a Teletubbie covered in turquoise fur with his face and the inside of his large ears having a normal skin color. Usually, he wears a bullet-proof vest with a camo bandana on his head and black sneakers. During Deadtubbies: The last mistake he also wears sharp glasses during the time you get to see him when you transition from him to alf

His equipment includes flashlight, pistol, some ammo, knife and radio, though Phil cannot use his pistol throughout the demo for various reasons.

Information

Phil is a soldier of Teletubbies' Special Forces (TSF), who is sent on a mission with Alf and Mike to check on Teletubby Land as they haven't been getting recent intermissions. Phil is an officier and has the rank of Lieutenant.

Phil has got a past because he's accomplished lots of missions including high-ranked ones (A and B in "A-F" system). Tallking with Alf Phil admits that the mission in Teletubbies' land is his last one and he's going to retire after it. Quite notable is the fact that Phil doesn't emote so much and doesn't feel almost anything about his retirement.

Phil's personality is quite secretive, he also doesn't like to talk more that it's needed. It can be assumed that Phil had a tragedy in the past which may be a reason of his self-absorption and scowl.
