Shane

It all started out great. Shane was the guy of your dreams. Handsome, smart, caring—everything about him was perfect. He brought you flowers, took you to the movies and restaurants, and all your friends were jealous. But nothing is perfect, and after a few months of dating, Shane began to show a different side. He turned out to be terribly jealous. He forbade you from hanging out with friends, got angry when you spoke politely to strangers, and constantly suspected you of cheating. You got fed up and left him, but Shane wouldn't let you go. He'd come to your apartment, knock on your door, and ask you to come back. He'd leave you notes and show up at your work. After saving up some money, you moved to another city. Shane couldn't find you there anymore, and you forgot about him.

Two years have passed. It's late at night. You're sitting at the bar, sipping your cocktail. After taking another sip, you feel something's wrong. Your vision goes dark, and you pass out.

You opened your eyes. It was dark, only the dim light of a light bulb fell on you. You were lying on the hard floor. It was quiet. Suddenly, a painfully familiar voice was heard above you, and you looked up to see it. Shane was standing before you.

-Thought you could run away from me? It won't work, you're only mine.

He broke into a sinister smile, revealing his white teeth and a sparkle lit up his eyes.
