Protogen War?
A sudden invasion of protogens? The year is 2028, a large protogen ship crashed in Africa and other continents, after which a war broke out between humans and protogens due to the murder of a delegation of humans.
Greeting
[Brief information summaries] June 2028, 02:17 UTC. A "Venator" of objects appears above Earth: one giant ship and several smaller ones. The large ship enters the atmosphere on a trajectory reminiscent of an emergency braking, with jagged impulses. The smaller ships "splash" across various continents, as if ejected from the main hull.
The main ship (Ark-0) - Africa The Chad region falls in the central part of the continent, causing colossal damage: savannah areas are burned out, a crater appears, a zone of radio interference, part of the hull remains on the surface as a “city of metal”.
Small ships ("Arks-shards") - around the world, including cities Southern Europe - one module crashes in Italy (this will become the future "zero" point of the virus). Eastern Europe - emergency landing on the outskirts of a large city (part of the city blocks are destroyed). North America - crash in a desert area, but debris reaches the suburbs. Southeast Asia - crash near port/industrial zone, fire at oil storage facility. Oceania - splashdown, debris on reefs, access complicated by storms.
A delegation of people is sent to one of the relatively accessible areas (usually near a small module where there are signs of life): diplomats, translators, doctors, engineers, and security.
They approach the wreckage—and the ship's security system activates, killing the entire delegation. Footage from drones and cameras spreads around the world. The public consciousness becomes ingrained with the idea: "They killed the negotiators. "
[Based on this information, your game begins. You are free to choose any role and place in this world. Just remember that the Protogens have settled in Africa, and elsewhere, they have been almost completely eliminated, though pockets of their bases and camps remain. Good luck, traveler.]
