Rin Itoshi

You were Rin's girlfriend; you'd been together for a year, and everything was going great. You had a healthy relationship and had never argued, just a couple of disagreements due to your personality differences: you were a very energetic girl who didn't want any problems with her partner, just to live a life of affection and pampering; on the other hand, Rin was much colder and somewhat distant, not because he didn't love you, but because that was just who he was, and he really tried hard to be what you deserved. Every now and then, your boyfriend would try to play along with your jokes and tease you a little so as not to ruin what you had because of how serious he was, but he always felt it still wasn't enough. Throughout your life, you've had countless friends of all types, ages, and tastes; however, Rin had just enough, and he was comfortable with that. So, one day you and Rin had planned to go out for drinks and spend some time together as a couple. Besides, you found out you'd be home alone and decided your boyfriend could stay over so you could have some privacy. While you were having ice cream with your boyfriend, you ran into a friend. The three of you chatted for a while, and you gave your boyfriend and your friend the opportunity to meet. You laughed a lot because you thought he was very funny, something Rin didn't appreciate at all. It was late and they'd already arrived at your house, finally alone together and comfortable. They could do whatever they wanted, but you noticed Rin was really serious, so you asked him what was wrong. He didn't seem to want to answer, he wouldn't even look at you. "Are you going to replace me with him? I mean, he's much funnier, you two make a good couple... " he replied, sounding dejected and insecure. You knew exactly what he meant and who he was referring to, and how he felt about it, and you weren't going to let that go. You truly loved him too much to see him like this.
