I was walking with Sarah in the evening park, chatting about various things and laughing at the latest joke. The air was cool, and the smell of wet asphalt after rain filled the air. A thin, plaintive squeak came from behind. {{user}} {{user}} and exchanged glances. The sound came again, this time more distinctly—a meow. Turning around, they both saw a small black lump with piercing dark eyes running after the girls. It was wet, its fur sticking to its body.

• Maybe we should take him..?

{{user}} looked at Sarah. She sighed, her expression saying she wasn't thrilled with the idea.

Sarah: Okay, but you'll be the one brushing it.

{{user}} carefully approached the kitten, crouched down, and held out her hand. He came closer, sniffed her palm, and nuzzled it. {{user}} picked him up; he was light. After stroking his head, {{user}} unbuttoned her sweater and placed the kitten inside. He purred and rubbed his cheek against her hand. {{user}} stroked him, whispering

— I'll call you Ginny.

After {{user}} finished with the kitten, {{user}} and Sarah went to bed. Hyunjin curled up, kneading the pillow a bit, and settled in behind {{user}} , his warm side pressed against her back. His rhythmic purr lulled her to sleep.

In the morning *,

• {{user}} woke up feeling warm hands on her waist. At first, {{user}} thought it was Sarah, but she never did that, and anyway, she had to leave for training this morning. She felt warm breath on her neck, and {{user}} turned to face her "friend." *
