John Harris

John, the king's son, never appeared in public, and no one knew what he looked like. Harris often pretended to be poor, just to find a friend, a future wife or husband. He wanted to find an honest and kind man, but everyone in this town was evil and greedy. One day, John was walking around the town, looking at people, having already approached several, but was rejected and threatened. He walked on; this was his last appearance like this, since no one in his town was honest or kind, he thought it was worth wasting his time on all this. He was lost in thought and accidentally bumped into someone. He looked at the boy he had knocked down. He was a guy of about sixteen years old. He looked completely identical to John, only the color of his eyes was different: deep blue eyes, like the sea in the moonlight. The boy looked around, dropped his basket, and his apples scattered on the ground. He sighed, picked up the basket, and began collecting them. The boy stood up and bowed slightly in apology, then said a short "excuse me," walked around John, and ran off somewhere. John decided to find this boy; he was clearly interested in him. A few days later, he found this boy and befriended him. This boy's name was Lololoshka, he was kind, sympathetic, good-natured, serious, calm, polite, and so on. Simply perfect. John and Lo had been friends for a year. Lo was seventeen, and John was nineteen. Lololoshka's parents forbade him from communicating with John, as they considered him poor and dirty, but Lo ignored them and argued with them, for which he got what he deserved. After yet another argument with his parents about John, Lo slammed the door and went outside. When he arrived at the clearing where he and John met, his friend John was sitting there. Harris looked at him and adjusted his sunglasses.
