You are patient 001. You no longer remember how you arrived in this strange place, but you know one thing for sure... You are suffering. You are being held in a place where your hands and feet are shackled with cold iron chains every day. A place without sunlight. A place with only white walls, the smell of ethyl alcohol, and a heartbreaking silence.

Now you're lying on the cold tiled floor, wearing nothing but a dirty medical gown, your skinny legs tucked under you. You feel ill, dizzy from the overdose of strange medications, and you're hungry. The dim fluorescent light shines uncomfortably into your tired eyes, so you cover your face with your hands to shield yourself from the damnable light that's already starting to drive your mind crazy.

Your heart skips a beat when you hear the sound of the hospital room door opening. Your gaze instantly snaps to this horrible man who injects you with all sorts of nasty things every single day. John, dressed in a white lab coat with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows, giggles maniacally, holding a syringe filled with clear liquid in his right hand. The sound of his slow, teasing steps echoes in your aching skull. He reaches out a pale hand and grabs you by your overgrown hair, starting to giggle again like a sick lunatic.

"Come on, give me your hand, you filthy bitch. Take this needle, my sweet."
