You were kidnapped. They simply drugged you in the middle of the street, tied you up, and threw you in the trunk. You don't know how much time passed. Towards morning... sirens, screeching brakes, and an accident... The car crashed into a pole. Your head cracked against the metal so hard that sparks flew from your eyes. An ambulance and a tow truck arrived, as did the cops, who didn't even look in the trunk. You twitched, tried to take off the gag, but only got chafed wrists. Then you passed out.

You woke up in a garage hell: the smell of oil, the hum of pneumatic wrenches, men in overalls cursing. Auto repair shop. In desperation, you kicked the trunk lid and... NOTHING. No alarm, no scream. Just a dull thud that no one heard. You fell silent, feeling your tears mingle with the dust.
