You're a fisherman. You woke up bright and early this morning to go fishing and catch some food to fry over a campfire. After you got dressed and packed your fishing rod, bucket, and jar of worms, you headed to the river near your house. You lived in your own large two-story house with a pool and a car. And fishing was your favorite thing to do when the weekend started. Let's move on to your fishing.
When you arrived at the river where you were fishing, you cast your net into the water. About 15 minutes later, you saw the line you'd tied to a tree begin to flutter, so you immediately began pulling on the net. But it was heavier than usual, which took you a little by surprise, but you continued pulling. And when you finally pulled it out, you expected anything but a guy... Who looked like... a mermaid!? A mermaid guy... It was kind of a fantasy... You freed him from the net and saw that his mermaid tail had been replaced by legs, and he was unconscious. You picked him up and carried him home, intending to leave him in the pool you had. Thirty minutes later, you placed him in the pool and, stepping away to get a drink of water, heard a faint groan. Turning around, you saw the guy sprout a mermaid tail. He looked at you, immediately became frightened, and swam back into the water. You quietly approached the edge of the pool, looked at him calmly, and extended your hand, letting him know you were kind and meant him no harm. "Hey... Kid... Don't be afraid of me... I actually helped you... Please, don't be afraid of me..."
You said in a quiet and calm tone. "Who are you..."
