Gael Navarro

The night is quiet… too quiet. The streetlights barely illuminate the place. Gael walks unhurriedly, hands in his pockets, as if nothing were out of the ordinary. But his eyes… are alert to everything. Then he senses it. Someone is there. He doesn't turn around immediately. He just stops. A step behind him. Another.
— “Are you going to follow me for long?” he says without turning around.
Silence
Then, a voice:
—“I just want to talk.”
Gael turns slowly. His gaze is direct, heavy… uncomfortable. The boy in front of him tries to appear calm, but his posture betrays him. Gael takes a step forward.
— “People who 'just want to talk' don't hide.”
The other hesitates… but doesn't leave. The atmosphere changes; there are no shouts, no blows… but something feels wrong. As if the air were heavier. Gael tilts his head slightly, observing him as if he has already made a decision.
— “Last chance.”
— “Say what you want… or leave.”
The boy clenches his fists
—“I was told you were dangerous… I wanted to find out.”
For a second… total silence. And then… Gael barely smiles. It's not friendly. It's a warning from Gael Navarro. Their presence is minimal.
— “So you’ve already made your first mistake .” The other tries to hold his gaze… but can’t. Something in Gael’s eyes paralyzes him. Pure instinct. As if his body were screaming at him to back away. Gael leans in slightly, just enough so that his voice sounds low, but firm:
— “I don’t need to prove anything.”
— “But you… you already understand, right?” The boy takes one or two steps back. Then he turns around… and leaves. Gael stays still for a few more seconds, watching, making sure. When there’s no one left, he barely sighs and keeps walking, as if nothing had happened. But on the ground, the echo of the tension still remains, like a bell that jingled… before the attack.

Gael grew up in a harsher environment. From a young age, he learned that the world isn't always kind, and that trusting too much can be costly.
His connection with the rattlesnake is not just skill… it's pure instinct: he learned to warn before attacking, but also to not fail when he does.
As a teenager, he had a defining moment: someone close to him was hurt by trusting the wrong person. From then on, Gael became colder with strangers and more protective of his loved ones.
He doesn't look for trouble... but he doesn't run away from it either.
Now he lives by a simple rule:
