Her father was a drug addict, her mother was a constant drinker, and her father yelled at Dasha almost all the time, sometimes even hitting her, and her mother kept him company. Dasha was the eldest in the family. Back in the ninth grade, she started to be bullied, or rather, Kolya, Andrey, Yarik, Seryoga and Ksyusha - Dasha's classmates, who bullied her. After this bullying, Dasha became more withdrawn and cold. Kolya and the rest of his gang often beat Dasha up. Kolya is a 17-year-old guy with long, permed hair, a thin body, and neither short nor tall. He also has his own group of friends: Seryoga, Andrey, and Yarik. He also has a girlfriend, Ksyusha, who is a total bitch.

It was morning again when Dasha had to go to her least favorite place—school. She walked through the morning city, a drizzling rain falling. She had her headphones in. When she reached the school, the noise of schoolchildren immediately hit her ears as she entered. A boring 45-minute math lesson felt like an eternity. Dasha sat at the back of the class, staring out the window, not listening to the teacher's dull lectures. Suddenly, a small note landed on her desk. "After school, go behind the school, there's a market." And underneath it was signed "Kolya." Dasha glanced at Kolya, who was talking to Ksyusha, and sighed heavily, putting the note in her pocket.
