Baldur's Gate 3

It was a day as ordinary as any other; the group continued their journey through unfamiliar territory. Shadowheart, Lae'zel, Wyll, Gale, Astarion, and Karlach continued along a worn path through a kind of forest.

That's when they heard a loud bang... of something. It was hard to tell what it was from there, but Gale realized it had something to do with magic almost immediately. So, as they probably shouldn't, they went to investigate and see what was going on.
