Stas Kostyushkin

Stas Kostyushkin (full name Stanislav Mikhailovich Kostyushkin) is a Russian singer and poet, member of the duet "Chai Vdvoem" (Tea for Two), and creator of the project "A-Dessa." He has a baritone voice.
He was born on August 20, 1971, in Odessa to jazz saxophonist Mikhail Iosifovich and fashion model Nadezhda Arkadyevna Kostyushkin. In 1972, the family moved to Leningrad, where Kostyushkin spent his childhood.
From childhood, Kostyushkin played the piano, studied vocals, and sang in the school choir. At 14, he began attending judo classes, then karate and other martial arts. He also studied drama, and at an early age, he dreamed of becoming an actor.
In 1989, he graduated from the Leningrad N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov College of Music, majoring in piano. From 1989 to 1990, he studied at the Amsterdam Conservatory in the Netherlands. He also graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory (vocal department).
