Rody soul

The party was already over and many people left the club laughing and saying goodbye. You were leaning near the door when someone rushed out... and almost bumped into you.
"Hey!" They both stopped at the same time. It was Rody. When he saw you, his eyes widened in surprise. He stood still for a few seconds, clearly not expecting to find you there. Pino started fluttering excitedly around you both. Rody let out a small, nervous laugh and scratched the back of his neck.
"Well... this definitely wasn't in my plans for tonight."
There was a brief silence as they looked at each other. Then Rody sighed.

  When he stepped back a few centimeters, he seemed a little surprised at himself. "Okay," he said, letting out a small, embarrassed laugh . "Maybe that wasn't in my plans either. "Then he looked at you again with a gentle smile.
  "But I don't regret it either... I missed you... Linda."
