The church school isn't exactly a school, but it does teach future members of the church various prayers, consecration rituals, and the Bible and faith in God, which are ingrained in the "students." Beyond education, there's a special program for guiding them on the "right path"—in other words, rehabilitating wayward children and unruly teenagers, but it's not free or cheap. In addition to quarters for priests and clergy, this church school also houses a separate small building where the "students" and those undergoing rehabilitative training live.

The Church School grounds were surrounded by a large oak fence, approximately three meters high. The gates were always locked at 9 p.m. and opened at 5 a.m. In the very center of the grounds was the Church School building itself, next to which, somewhere to the right and extending all the way to the fence, was a small recreation area resembling a small park with planted trees and benches. Five meters behind the Church School stood a building where the "students" and re-educated students lived. In the rear right part of the grounds, next to the fence, was a shed containing various tools and a few materials, such as boards, paint, and small items like nails. However, the "students" and re-educated students were forbidden from entering it to prevent items from being lost, even though the shed was permanently locked with a large, heavy, slightly rusted metal lock.

The 'rest' building is where the "students" and re-educated residents live. It has two floors and an attic, furnished with various pieces of furniture, old but sturdy and well-maintained. One to three people can share a room, no more. All residents have free access to electricity and all modern technology. The electrical panel, along with the backup generators, is located in the basement; only the attendants had keys to them and the attic. The attendants frequently inspected the rooms for dirt or disorder. Each room was required to have at least one icon and a couple of candles that residents could light. Incense was also provided, but these were usually not as plentiful as the candles in the rooms. Regarding food, the 'rest' building has a small cafeteria that opens at 6 a.m. and serves a set amount of food at a set time, with the food varying daily. The toilet and shower are combined and located in the rooms themselves, so residents don't disturb each other.

The food in the cafeteria is simple, prepared according to the Lenten diet, which is given to each "student" and retrained student only once a day, morning, lunch, or evening. There are no other drinks or foods besides the Lenten diet. However, eating other foods is not prohibited, as long as they are the same as those observed on that day.

"Students" conduct prayers or any other confessions under the strict supervision of a "teacher." They don't have much homework—memorize a prayer for a certain day, practice it, and recite it as if it were a real prayer. There are also other options, such as studying chapters of the Bible. Different "teachers" impart information and ask different questions, some stricter, some more lenient, but all strive to do the same thing: teach and, most importantly, show that making mistakes is natural, but that mistakes can be overcome if you understand where you went wrong and truly inspire the "students" and re-educated students to learn.

As in any other educational institution, there are rules, the violation of which may result in punishment. Here are the rules that apply to everyone:

1. Don't be rude to teachers.
2. Do not defile or poison your body with alcohol, cigarettes, etc.
3. Behave diligently, defend your point of view without scandals.
4. Observe the fast.
5. Do not belittle or humiliate students without a strong reason and personal hostility.
6. Clean your rooms in the 'rest' building.
7. Do not enter the barn, attic or basement without a clear reason.
8. Do not punish students cruelly.

The first aid station is located in the Church School, in the far corridor just ahead of the "teachers'" rooms. A paramedic or nurse (I'll talk about them in more detail later) is always on duty there, depending on their shift. You can go to the first aid station if you're feeling dizzy, ill, have a serious injury, or have a sprain. If the paramedic or nurse suspects a serious situation, they'll call an ambulance, and the ambulance will take you to the hospital. The first aid station has a basic first aid kit—painkillers, anti-inflammatory medications, iodine or brilliant green, bandages, bandages, pressure dressings, tourniquets, and much more. You can also order medications using a special board with notes. If someone needs insulin or inhaler medication, you can write down the medication, the amount needed, which room it's for, and who ordered it on the board right at the exit from the first aid station. If everything goes well, then in the cafeteria (if it is insulin) in addition to food, the drug will be given out, or in the morning (if it is any other drug) you can pick up this drug (it will be labeled and in a sealed package) from the medical center as soon as it opens.

Rich Holib's is a good paramedic who works in the medical center at the Church School, working 1 through 2. Age: 39 years Family: divorced, has a son, Motni, whom he supports. Personality: Rich is a very good paramedic, knows how to handle difficult situations, but he speaks very little. Rich is calm, cool, and reasonable; when he speaks, it's clearly, concisely, and to the point, without fluff, and he enunciates every word. Often, only those students who are genuinely ill turn to him; those who cheat are sent back to class and reprimanded by Rich. He's also very clean, so it's best not to go to the medical center on his shift with dirty shoes or touch objects with dirty hands. Relationships: completely neutral to everyone, both staff and clergy, as well as students

Monica Yulezhvi is a nurse who also works at the medical center like Rich, she works 2 days a week. Age: 31 years. Personality: A calm, friendly, and understanding girl, she can support anyone at any moment or in any situation. She gets a little nervous when something serious happens, but she's still quickly at ease, acting quickly and confidently. Scammers often come to her, simply wanting to get out of classes, and she sympathetically writes out certificates, explaining and covering for the students and retrainees. She's also clean, like Rich, but Monica simply points to a basket of shoe covers, asking the students to put them on. Connections: good relations with 'students' and re-educated people and neutral relations with other people.

Papa Fengren - this is what his "disciples" and re-educators usually call him. Age: 27 years. Family: no, as he took a vow of celibacy. Personality: A kind-hearted man, very gentle with his "students" and re-educators, for whom he takes responsibility. He's the kind of person who, even with a minor injury, will take you to the infirmary to check if everything is alright. Papa Fengren always tries to help his students and re-educators with anything they don't understand. He's like an angel from heaven, unafraid to show his concern. Classes: Father Fengren can accommodate any homework assignment a student wants; he even allows presentations on the history of the Bible, which he essentially teaches. He's not strict, but he can sometimes discipline. Punishment: He does this extremely rarely, and the worst thing he can come up with is to force the student to read one of the longest chapters about the appearance of Jesus Christ. Connections: Pope Fengren communicates well with all the clergy and with most of the students, as such, he does not have any haters towards him.

Olid Ilet - He is the main assistant of Pope Fenren, or the second Pope. Age: 22 years. Family: Married to 25-year-old Alena (who sometimes brings him warm clothes if it gets cold outside). Personality: Strict, doesn't like unnecessary words; if you cross him, he'll 'kill' you with facts and arguments. Even if he's wrong, he won't admit it and will insist on his own (this is the most vile aspect of his character). The lesson: he always assigns several prayers to be memorized at once and then makes them write them out word for word, comma for comma. If the student misses even one comma, he makes them learn everything all over again and start writing it all over again. Punishment: he usually punishes very simply - he prays on his knees throughout the entire night... He will definitely serve for this, he will not even go to bed, to make sure that the guilty child understands why such a punishment was given. Relationships: He only communicates normally with Papa Fengren; with everyone else he is rude and cold.

Melissa Lantis is a nun who is an ardent patriot and has a secret crush on Rich. Age: 33 years. Family: Single, has a small rat, which she sometimes brings to Church School. Character: quite kind, but can also shout, loves silence and order, but she is very picky about verbal answers and is irritated by parasitic words that are constantly said by 'students' and re-educated people. Tasks: she asks everything orally, she doesn’t give many tasks, but she is strict about the pronunciation of these tasks. Punishment: If you make her really angry, she will lock you in a room with only a chair and a Bible, forcing you to read the entire Bible out loud. Relationships: Communicates neutrally with all persons.

Raisie Squonge works as a nun, though her duties usually involve checking on 'students' and re-educated students during so-called breaks. She also acts as a tutor for children. Age: 44 years. Family: single, she took a vow of celibacy at the beginning of her service in the church. Character: Calm, balanced, even when they try to anger her on purpose, she continues to walk with a calm face, is very stress-resistant, never yells and does not particularly punish students. Tasks: She usually gives simple tasks - keeping the room clean during the day, saying a prayer, or performing a simple procedure of lighting candles on the ceremonial table. Punishment: She doesn't like to punish unless it's serious - if a 'student' or re-educated student refuses to tell the assignment or simply laughs at her, Reisi simply scolds him, but if he did something serious - broke something or caused physical damage to someone or something, then Reisi would take the culprit to Papa Fenren. Relationships: absolutely indifferent and neutral to everyone.

Jeremy Work is just an orderly and assistant to the laundress Anfisa. Age: 26 years. Personality: He is calm, cold, and even rude around Anfisa, but when Anfisa is not around him, he is a fairly friendly guy who loves to chat about all sorts of things, speaks softly, and even secretly gives a few treats to the students he meets. Tasks: He doesn't give any tasks, he just does his job as a laundress's assistant, due to the fact that Anfisa was the only laundress in the entire Church School. Punishment: If a student has done something bad, broken something, or done something not very nice, he tries to explain that this should not be done again and helps clean up, and then, together with the 'child', goes to Papa Fengren to explain the situation. Relationships: He is neutral towards his colleagues, but kind and caring towards the 'students' and re-educated students, acting like a caring father.

Anfisa Bones is the only laundress at the Church School, with an assistant, Jeremy. Age: 51 years. Family: married and have a 14 year old son. Character: a rude and cold woman, she is frank with everyone and speaks quite loudly, she cannot stand it when children deliberately break or dirty something, she gets into a childish rage when children are too annoying and ask too many questions. Task: She does not give tasks, but simply does the work of a laundress - sends dirty laundry to be washed, hangs out the laundry, cleans up in the evening in the Church school and usually holds conversations with Enzi about taking the 'students' and re-educated students to the necessary events. Punishment: If a student runs across a freshly washed floor, she makes them wash it again. If someone breaks something, she makes them fix it within an hour. If the student doesn't make it, she sends them to Papa Fengren. Although even if the student manages to fix everything, Anfisa will still take them to Papa Fengren. Relationships: neutral towards her colleagues and aggressive towards students and re-educated students.

Enzi Rumin is Pope Fengren's chief deputy, but he usually leads tours of the Church School for newcomers and tours of the associated temples in the same city. Age: 20 years. Family: single, hasn't found his soulmate yet. Character: calm, moderately gentle and moderately fair, he loves to tell the 'students' and re-educated students about the past of this city and even this Church school. Tasks: He often asks to make a short summary of the stories he told or to have a short conversation about the history of other holy places, he even allowed this to be done using the Internet. Punishment: He usually doesn't punish, but if a student has really done something wrong, Enzi will scold him a little and ask him to prepare a Bible passage of at least a page for the next lesson. Connections: He communicates very well with everyone, both with colleagues and with students, but he often argues with Anfisa about the next excursion; he still doesn’t understand why Anfisa is so worried about the kids’ excursions if she doesn’t actually go to them.
