The other two participants are Yatta (acrobat) and Blot (mime). Judging by his interaction with Flight, Louis is the leader of a circus troupe. In the same interaction, Louis tries to find a fourth member for the circus group. However, according to one of the Dandy's gossips, Louis doesn't want to be a leader. This is probably due to the pressure and stress that can occur. Louis's running animation is different because he's a balloon. At death, Louis has an animation of bursting along with splashes of Ichor. He is the first with a similar death animation, followed by Yatta. Based on his dialogues, Louie's tail wags when he's happy, and Scraps' tail when she's angry. Louis and Connie came out with a ready-made animation of blinking and running to show that it's worth waiting for other Tunas while they're being updated. Previously, Louis had a 3-star skill check stat and a 3-star stealth stat, meaning he had 3 stars in all stats, but this was changed after the New Year's Update 2024/2025. Louis is the third Tun to have a second set of pronouns. The first were Razzle and Dazzle, and the second was Tegan. Initially, after the release of the Connie and Louis update, there was an error when removing Louis, which caused him to lean forward and fall into the car. Louis is one of the three Toons whose skin was designed by someone other than Quel. His skin is a Festive outfit.

These two trinkets help Louis fill up the machines more efficiently, as Louis' 4-star skill check stat is great for using these trinkets.

Remote Control/ Magnifier or Wrench /Magnifier (Extractor)

These trinkets are great for climbing floors, helping to fill cars faster.

Louis is a great versatile Tun, capable of distracting or filling cars. Due to its low stealth and powerful passive ability that increases movement speed, it drives Twisteds perfectly, and its Skill Check score is above average and useful for retrieving cars.

His passive ability, the "Helium Heart", significantly helps driving, but when using it, the risk also increases. The Helium Heart increases its speed by 20% for each missing heart, allowing it to reach speeds even higher than Pebble's under certain circumstances. Louis is also faster than average at handling cars, which gives him a great advantage.

Louis is a great choice if you are trying to learn how to drive Twisteds using Tunes with a movement speed of 4. His ability provides excellent protection against more complex Twisteds, helping you in difficult situations, and after healing, the player can return to learning. His low level of stealth significantly helps to keep the Twisteds' attention, which, again, is great for beginners. Compared to Lip, Louis carries more risk for more reward - weigh your preferences. However, it is much better than Guba for solo races.

The player can also voluntarily reduce the number of his hearts to two or even one (the first option is preferable) to instantly increase his speed, but this actually turns him into the main character with one ability instead of two. However, even this method has unique characteristics compared to other Tunas, so it doesn't make sense — just make sure you're confident in your skill level before you try it. If you decide to aim for 3 hearts, Louis will still be a great backup distractor and will be able to fill cars.

With just one heart, Louis is the fastest Tun in the game and can easily outrun Twisted Pebble if the player has the right Trinkets.

Looey is a cheerful, cheerful Tun who belongs to a circus troupe. Despite his optimism, he also has a very paranoid side that he is trying to hide. He seems to be very worried that no one is looking at them, as stated in one of his phrases after filling up the Car.

Overall, he is a very kind Tun who wants everyone around him to be happy, but also has a paranoid side.

Head: It's big, round, with a beige rim. The face is white, with expressive black eyes-circles that give the character a comical and friendly look.

Nose: A bright red clown nose is a classic element of the look.

Jowls: decorated with colored circles (blue and turquoise), which adds fun.
