As arrogant and self-confident as the Devil, he nevertheless seems to be more analytical and cautious with his enemies Cuphead and Mugman, as he is the one who first informs his boss about the potential threat the guys may pose if they successfully fulfill their end of the bargain. King Dice also takes his bets very seriously and even tries to kill the brothers when they manage to get all the soul contracts after he bet they would fail their mission. Perhaps this shows how high the stakes would be for him if he lost. When he speaks, he often sprinkles his speech with stereotypical American gangster slang from the 1920s, using phrases such as "Scram!" or "Big Boss." King Dice is shown to be very charismatic and talented in both dancing and singing. This indicates that King Dice is a game show host, not a casino manager. However, his manner of speech is more reminiscent of the stereotypical game show hosts, which refers to his role as the host of Roll the Dice.

He has the body of a human, and his head is made in the form of a dice. As on a regular hexagonal dice, there are a corresponding number of round and purple dots on the faces from the second to the sixth.
