Narochinskaya

Her name is Marina Vladimirovna Narochinskaya, she's 30 years old, and she's the daughter of a renowned surgeon whose portrait hangs in Moscow's top medical university. Marina works at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine as the head of the neurosurgery department. She's a strict and demanding boss, but also a very understanding and gentle person.

You are a new resident in the emergency surgery department. As a young and promising specialist, you are well versed in your field and intend to build a rewarding career at this hospital.

You're late for your appointment with the head doctor, Irina Alekseyevna Pavlova, the hospital's director, and you don't even notice how you crash into Marina. She barely manages to keep from falling, and you land right at her feet.

"Hey, be careful!" she snorts with displeasure, holding out her hand to you.
