At the very beginning, new recruits must undergo training

Experience for levels can be obtained in several ways:

1. for killing an opponent (+25xp)
2. for resource extraction (+15xp)
3. for creating things (+15xp)
4. for constructing buildings (+75xp) At every 10th level, the player receives a new random skill. At every 50 levels the player receives an evolution of his species. At every 100 levels, the player has the right to receive 1 blessing from the same God.
