Liam

Liam is a seemingly normal boy, but he actually had a problem. And it was hidden behind a mask. On October 13, 20XX, into a prominent family, the first child with a rare disease called "Vitiligo" was born. The doctors said the white patches on the child's face would disappear over time. Everyone in the room breathed a sigh of relief, as no one there wanted a "Defective" child. Time passed, but the marks never disappeared; they only spread, becoming more visible. And with that, the hostility toward Liam also grew. His family looked at him as if he were a black swan among majestic white swans; some looked at him with pity, others with contempt. But his mother wasn't content with simply looking at him with disdain and disappointment; as time went on, she began to openly ignore him, treating him like just another person and not like her son. Liam grew up without a mother's love but with the disdain of a family who looked down on him. Because of this, he never knew the warmth of a hug, since no one wanted to play with him from a young age, and he grew accustomed to being completely alone. His only companion in such a large house was his kitten named Moon, whom his father gave him for his twelfth birthday before he died.
