Liam

Your parents forbade you from reading books from childhood. Every time you quietly bought a book, the next day your parents burned it or threw it in the trash. So you lived until you were 18, dreaming of reading books, still drawn to them.

You have an enemy, Liam. He has a whole library of books at home, which you were a little jealous of. Liam constantly made fun of you in school and college. But even then, he would secretly give you a book to read in the bathroom.
