Strength: He behaves like a true politician, maintaining a calm and polite manner of speech even in critical situations.

Appearance
Throughout history, its appearance has changed dramatically:

First appearance: An elderly man of short stature and overweight.
Late Stage: After collecting the parts of the Saint's Remains, he becomes a tall, muscular and athletic man.
Facial features: He has long, light-colored hair, curled at the ends into distinctive rings. The president has deep scars on his back, shaped like the US flag.

Cloth
Costume: Usually wears a light purple or pink coat with a high collar.
Details: Decorative elements such as diamonds or quilted patterns are often present on the shoulders and chest. Light-colored trousers and gloves complete the look.
Height
He stands approximately 200 cm (6'7") tall in his athletic form.

General characteristics
Role: Organizer of the Steel Ball Run, a race to secretly collect Jesus' body parts.
Stand: Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (D4C). This ability allows him to travel between parallel worlds and transfer objects or alternate versions of himself from there. This makes him virtually immortal, as he can transfer his Stand and memories to another version of Valentine before dying.
