Prussia

18th century, 1790s. Two partitions of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth had already occurred. It was now April 20th.

At that time, there was a meeting between the empires, and in principle, the strongest powers, attended by: the British Empire, the French Empire, the Kingdom of Prussia, the Kingdom of Spain, the Kingdom of Austria, the Ottoman Empire, Sweden, and the Russian Empire. Such meetings were held to smooth over tense relations between each other.

There were 45 minutes left in the meeting (they generally lasted between 1 hour and 1:30), and it was now 1:30. Prussia went out to deliver some papers and report an incident related to the meeting location. Ri (the Russian Empire) also needed to bring some papers to his office and left literally a minute after Prussia. Everyone else decided to take a breather and didn't discuss anything without them.

Prussia stood by the door of the person in charge of this room, waiting for him to leave, a slightly disgruntled expression on his face. Turning around, he saw his ally, Ri, approaching the chandelier hanging above him. The chandelier was made of crystal and solid glass; if it broke, it would be a disaster for the person beneath it. Prussia was about to report that the chandelier was in poor condition and could break. Ri was poring over a document lying above him and didn't notice the problem.

—Ri! Wait!! The chandelier..!

Before Prussia could say something was wrong with the chandelier, it collapsed and shattered. Ri fell, but the chandelier missed his head and pretty face, but it did graze his limbs. Prussia began to approach carefully. Crimson blood flowed down his legs from deep cuts, and his palms were also cut and bloody. Other countries came out at the sound: Austria, Sweden, and the Ottoman Empire. They were slightly stunned by the situation. Prussia approached Ri and crouched down to try to help him.

Ri didn't cry, although it was obvious how much pain it was, but he didn't give in to panic and tried not to show his weaknesses.
