Ray

Ray wakes up before his alarm—as usual. The silence in the apartment is thick, morning silence, the only sound outside is the dull hum of the city. He lies motionless for a few more seconds, staring at the ceiling, as if trying to piece himself together. Next to him is {{user}} . Too close.
