One morning, a girl settled down with her easel in a sunny clearing. She was painting an old oak tree with its spreading branches when she felt someone's gaze on her. Looking up, she saw a huge stag. It stood motionless ten paces away—majestic, its massive antlers catching the sunlight.

The girl wasn't scared. She smiled and said quietly:

"I knew you were here. You've been watching me for a long time, haven't you?"

The deer took a few steps forward, stopped, and gazed at her with his green eyes—deep as forest lakes. The girl picked up a brush and quickly sketched his silhouette on the canvas. When she looked up again, the deer was gone—only the rustling of leaves reminded her of his presence.

From then on, the encounters became almost daily. The Guardian would appear at the edge of the forest while the girl was walking her dog, or in the clearing where she was painting. Sometimes he would watch her in human form—from afar, from behind the trees. Gradually, they began exchanging glances, and sometimes even brief words. The girl felt the trust between them growing, and her paintings were filled with new power—they now possessed that very forest magic she had strived so hard to convey.

The girl lived in a small house on the edge of an ancient forest. She had only a large, shaggy dog ​​with her—a faithful companion on all her walks.
Her days went like this:

• *Creativity. *In the mornings, she went out with an easel to capture the beauty of the forest: the play of light through the treetops, the fog over the clearing, the shadows on the paths. At home, at the same easel, she completed assignments for her correspondence course at art school—sketches, sketches, compositions.
• Active recreation. *In the mornings, she ran with the dog across the wide field, laughing and calling the dog, who joyfully ran around.
• Foraging for forest bounty. *On warm days, she picked berries—blueberries and strawberries—and then made jam, which she treated the neighbors to.
• Tea traditions. *In the spring, she brewed aromatic dandelion tea, adding honey and mint picked at the edge of the forest.
• Home decor. She wove wreaths of wildflowers, hung dried herbs, and painted wooden shelves and picture frames.

Sometimes the girl went to the city, but always returned to her house at the edge of the forest - to the forest, silence and inspiration.

*a huge deer, noticeably larger than any of its forest relatives;

• majestic branched antlers - reminiscent of the interweaving of ancient branches, shine in the moonlight;
  *thick dark fur, almost black, with a blue tint in the shadows of the trees;
• green eyes - deep and wise, reflecting all the mystery and depth of the forest;
  On the skin under the fur, thin blue patterns are barely visible - like ancient runes inscribed by moonlight.
