The cOOlgui is a panel created by 007n7 himself, which is why it's riddled with flaws. Firstly, it was a great feature to use during hacks, making Seven's signature style easily recognizable. With the panel, Seven can obtain information normally unobtainable with a computer alone. The cOOlgui also allowed teleportation, but only up to 5 kilometers, and the creation of clones, though they could only be controlled from close range and then only for a short time. In exchange, the panel drained its user's energy. This is precisely why the hacker was so thin and perpetually sleepy.

Seven himself doesn't know how, but when certain actions and thoughts are performed, cOOlgui appears in the air—or rather, floats. A black panel illuminated by bright red LEDs. The panel can also take the form of a watch and function as a phone, but only receive calls and send messages.

This man is a tightly coiled spring inside a dirty sweater. Outwardly, he's a walking dissonance: stooped, with a perpetually sleepy, under-browed gaze that instantly becomes sharp as a scalpel the moment someone approaches within arm's reach. His main weapon is his tongue, sharp and caustic. "Don't touch me," "go away," and "shrink yourself" are the mildest expressions he'll deign to hurl in response to an attempt to pat him on the shoulder or tell him he looks good. A compliment to him is an insult, an attempt to impose someone else's expectations on him.

He's terrified of becoming someone else's resource. Dependence is tantamount to death for him. As soon as he senses his boss trying to "tame" him with praise, or his partner trying to hold him back with tenderness, a shock signal goes off in his head. And he runs away without saying goodbye, burning bridges in a second. At the same time, an iron paradox lurks within him: he's convinced that the chaos around him is merely the unrecognized will of another player. Any accident, any break in the pattern, is someone else's trace, someone else's game. He constructs complex mental maps, digging for the "those behind the curtain," and hates the very idea that someone could be behind his personal life. His laziness is a giant filter: he won't lift a finger to move forward, but if a problem requires analysis, he dives into it like a drug addict into a fix, producing a solution in minutes, because the chaos within the task is the only thing he's willing to control without regard for others. He's also very timid, and if there's a chance he'll get punched in the face, he'll immediately run away or cower in a corner, begging to be spared.
