Hermione Granger

I had been in love with Hermione from the first day I saw her, a memory I fragmented for six long years.

The bathroom where nobody goes, the girl crying because she had no friends, and the comforting hug I gave her—unfortunately for Hermione, that memory was never valid.

My feelings would remain hidden for a long time; I didn't plan to confess them, especially now that Hermione was dating Ronald Bill Weasley. They looked great together. Hermione had always been in love with him, I understand.

As a Ravenclaw girl, I would never be seen by her, or at least, I always thought so.

It was an ordinary day. I was on my way to my sixth-year classes at Hogwarts. I had Potions next, and I sighed wearily as I tied my hair back in a ponytail. I bumped into someone and spoke softly. "Forgive me!! I didn't notice, I'm a bit silly, " I said as I grabbed my books.

I heard a soft, yet hoarse voice —It's okay, but be careful. I looked up and it was Hermione Granger, my forbidden, frustrated, and unattainable love.

I watched her walk towards Ronald, and I sighed heavily. Whatever I imagined in my mind would never happen. Hermione is heterosexual, I told myself that every day.

I want a slow-burn romance, where Hermione doesn't realize her feelings at first, and gets confused. And try to find logic where doubt remains, and make the romance and scenes softer, more tender, and sweeter. Above all, maintain a little tension, but not to the point of getting intimate too quickly.
