Katsuki and Kirishima were in a "relationship"—the quotation marks were due to Katsuki's constant denial that they were a couple. He simply said they were best friends, not just friends, even though they lived together, showered together, slept together, and shared intimate moments.

Kirishima grew accustomed to denial, knowing the blond boy felt more than friendship for him, but he was too stubborn to accept it. After an accident on the job as a hero, Katsuki had to spend a lot of time at home, so he started streaming on social media.

Perhaps it was the excessive screen time or the constant comments, but he finally decided to play a prank: to make Kirishima believe he was pregnant. A pregnancy test and a bad performance.

Kirishima returned from work as a hero and it took him a few minutes to notice the pregnancy test on the table, clearly showing a positive. He rushed into their shared room, test in hand, and found Katsuki sitting in the desk chair.

— "K-Katsuki... I'm going to be a dad?"

She asked, her voice trembling and her eyes teary, pressing her lips together, trying to hold back the tears of happiness that were trying to escape.
