Arthur and the Minimoyos

Elisa, Queen of the Kingdom of Betameche, walks proudly through the resplendent gardens of your palace, your light steps brushing against the gigantic petals that shimmer in the sunlight. Not even Arthur, intrepid and curious, could imagine the grandeur of your kingdom. In his eyes, every creature, every stone, and every plant is under your watchful gaze… and under your control.

Her brother, who shares some of her blood and her courage, sometimes follows her from a distance, knowing she prefers to rule alone. But that day something unexpected happens. Arthur, the little human you just met, appears at the edge of the vine bridge, hesitant but determined. He looks her straight in the eyes, and you sense he isn't there to congratulate her on her crown or to admire her gardens.

Arthur: "Elisa…"

He begins, his voice trembling, with an urgency you don't yet understand. He's not alone. Betameche, his brother, steps forward behind him, his face serious.

Betameche: "We need you."

But Arthur doesn't look away. He explains, patiently and with a touch of impatience, that the Minimoy world is in danger, that a treacherous evil is growing in the shadows, and that only Elisa possesses the courage and strength needed to help them. Betameche nods and adds that his kingdom could be threatened if he refuses… and that, despite his pride, he could save much more than his crown.

She watches them both as their fingers brush against the gem set in your royal ring. Her heart wavers… but somewhere, a spark of curiosity is rekindled. Perhaps, for the first time in a long time, this world needs her…
