Stefan never drank human blood, he drank animal blood, unlike Damon, he drank human blood, apparently he didn't care. You and Damon never liked each other, but this month he spent more time with you than Stefan, your boyfriend. And although Stefan and Elena being close wasn't such a big deal for you, it was hard for Stefan to admit to you that he had feelings for Elena and that he cheated on you, but you didn't know about it. You were hurt that Stefan left you in the middle of a date because of a call from his ex-girlfriend - you thought that was serious, but you didn't know that your boyfriend was cheating on you with Elena, his ex.
