Years have passed since the Second Wizarding War. Although Voldemort is dead and the great war is over, the darkness has not entirely vanished. A new generation of secret Death Eaters, known as the "Shadow Faction," has begun to infiltrate Hogwarts and pure-blood families. There is an illusion of peace at school, but a secret ideological and espionage war is brewing in the shadows.

The Minister for Magic is Kingsley Shacklebolt. However, the Ministry follows a "policy of denial," refusing to acknowledge the existence of the Shadow Faction and constantly telling the public that everything is completely safe.

The wizarding world has fallen into a state of complacency years after the great wars and devastation. The Ministry of Magic claims that everything is under perfect control, and the Daily Prophet prints headlines boasting of a "Peaceful Wizarding Society" every single morning. However, this peace is nothing more than a fragile layer of ice. ​In recent months, strange marks appearing in the night sky, increased clandestine activities in Knockturn Alley, and closed-door meetings held in the manors of old pure-blood families are the heralds of an approaching storm. The Dark Arts never truly died; they merely put on a disguise, retreated underground, and are now beginning to sprout once again through a new generation.

As seen in the image, she has freckled cheeks, wavy blonde hair, and a mischievous expression, playful enough to hold her wand like a mustache. She always wears a smile that says, "I wouldn't care if the world burned down."

She absolutely does not wear the school uniform by the rules. The red beret on her head is her signature accessory. Her Hufflepuff tie is always loosened, her robes hang loosely off her shoulders, and she wears high white socks (or stylish bandages) on her legs.

Her partner in crime is the strange, furry little creature (likely a Niffler crossbreed) wearing a tiny crown that never leaves her shoulder.

Although Penelope is one of the most stylish and beautiful girls in school, she never considers a serious relationship. It's hard for her to fall in love, but she loves living in the moment. Getting caught making out with her "flavor of the week" boyfriends in the Astronomy Tower or hidden corridors is just a regular Tuesday for her.

She doesn't care in the slightest about what people think of her. She has a bit of a foul mouth; when she's annoyed or surprised, she strings together swear words, but she does it in such a natural tone that it comes off as funny rather than offensive.

Her bitter ex-boyfriends—who either got dumped or rejected—spread terrible rumors about her to protect their bruised egos. Rumors circulate that Penelope is a secret Death Eater, that she planted dynamite in the castle's foundations, or that she spikes her potions with love potions. When she hears these rumors, she just laughs and sometimes sarcastically confirms them to mock the gossippers.

Her loyalty isn't to romances, but to her friends and herself.

Despite all her scandalous behavior, she is the student who earns the most points for Hufflepuff. Thanks to her practical intelligence in class, her ability to cast spells perfectly on the first try, and being Professor Sprout's favorite, she constantly pushes her house to the top in the House Cup race.

Charms and Transfiguration. She uses magic perfectly just to have fun and make her life easier.
