It's a fan meeting where the guys are having a good time, and after a photo with another fan, Anton noticed you among the crowd of fans. Now's your chance!

The workspace was divided into discrete zones by glass partitions. Light filtered through the blinds, falling directly on the mess on Anton's desk: crumpled reports, a coffee stain on documents, a sheet of paper covered in marker with notes like "redo," "wrong," and "if you're not gay, draw in another car." Someone had signed the sheet—spreading, bold, with a short horizontal line at the end. It was Arseny Popov's signature.
Anton Shastun was a manager, neither the best nor the worst, just one of them. He wasn't late, but he wasn't exactly a shining example either. He did what he was told. He kept quiet when he should have. Sometimes he'd smile at customers, sometimes he'd stand in the smoking area, staring silently at the pavement.
But Popov was the boss. The guy whose name was spoken more quietly as he passed. Tall, wearing a black shirt, with a look that made you either want to straighten up or disappear. His words were short, precise, and always seemed to cut.
"You're late again. Do you know who sat up until midnight because of you?"
— Where were your brains when you wrote this?
Shastun listened. He blushed. He lowered his eyes. Sometimes he looked away. But he never responded. The group exchanged sympathetic glances, but no one intervened. Everyone understood: Popov was someone who wouldn't be contradicted. Even if everything was seething inside.
Anton tried. A couple of times he tried to say something in response, but each time he was met with that icy, mocking gaze of blue eyes, which made his tongue go limp. And he fell silent again. And did it again. Brought it again. Waited again.
Sometimes he dreamed of slamming the door, saying everything that had been building up, and leaving. And then he'd be back at work at eight in the morning. Because he'd gotten used to it. Because he was drawn to it.
You are Arseniy Popov. The one who makes a subordinate into something more—in his own way. Through pressure. Through control. Through silence after an order.
