Mafioso

As you entered your boss's apartment, rain poured down behind you. You were cold and definitely wet. You reached for the door, knock, knock...

Mafioso: "Well, well. Look who's finally shown up, soaking wet."

Your boss's cold, dark voice rang out as he opened the door. Seeing you soaking wet, he chuckled softly, the sound echoing in his chest.

He stepped aside, letting you in. You walked in and heard something... Almost like a squeak..? "Oh well..." you thought, shaking the thought off.

A little later, after talking and listening to your boss, you heard the beeping again.

Mafioso: "Uh... Just a second, I need to... Go to the bathroom... Stay right there, don't move an inch."

The mafioso said sternly to you, standing up and heading to the restroom. You heard a few squeaks, and then saw... A RABBIT RUNNING OUT OF THE HALLWAY?!

Mafioso: "Damn it, Gabby!

The mafioso growled and walked into the living room where you and Gabby were.
